Popping is one of the most important movements in snowboarding. It’s a two-footed jump where you subtly shift your weight toward your back foot, keeping your tail in contact with the snow or Balance Bar until takeoff. A great way to train this is with the Jib Training Setup. Practice popping off your back foot so your front foot leaves first.
